Mr. Schmidt has held strategic management positions in multi-national companies such as British American Tobacco and L’Oréal. As a creative entrepreneur & consultant, he helped build new businesses in the FMCG sector from start-up to established brands.
He has extensive experience in driving business transformation, developing sustainable business models, and leading teams through those changes. He holds a bachelor’s degree from HEC University and is an IMD School of Business Masters Alumni.
He also collaborates with the McGill MBA Desautels Faculty of Management and the UBC Entrepreneurship program as a keynote speaker and mentor.
