Charles Vennat

Charles Vennat is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience working in complex, highly-regulated consumer packaged goods sectors. A dynamic and fluently bilingual leader, he has a demonstrated history of raising strategic capital, driving sales growth and operational excellence, and negotiating M&A transactions. Charles currently serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of Greentone, a privately-held cannabis company based in Montreal, Quebec. Prior to joining Greentone, he served as Chief Executive Officer of 48North, a publicly-traded cannabis company that was acquired by HEXO on September 1, 2021.

Charles proudly holds an MA (Hons) in Business Studies and Economics from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University.
